Bring fresh cold water to a boil. Pour water over tea bag, and steep for about 4 minutes. Remove tea bag. For iced tea, steep a little longer and pour over ice.

2 Steep by Bigelow organic pure green decaffeinated tea bags
White cake mix from a box
Green food coloring
Green frosting for garnish
Green sugar for garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat water and brew 2 Steep by Bigelow organic pure green decaffeinated tea bags. Pour 12 fl. oz. of the tea into a mixing bowl and add a few drops of green food coloring. Slowly add the box of cake mix, slowly mixing together (do not add anything else such as eggs or oil to the cake mix powder). Place the batter in cupcake liners. Bake for 20 minutes. Let the cupcakes cool and decorate.
